The Poise Project

The Poise Project is a confidence-building etiquette workshop designed for young women in grades 5–8 and 9–12. This breakaway session teaches the essentials of carrying yourself with intention, inside and out. Participants will practice mini tabling and dining basics, learn graceful walking and posture, explore proper dress for different occasions, and strengthen their sense of self-worth.

Blending practical skills with character-building moments, The Poise Project helps girls step into every room with confidence, clarity, and poise.
